The son of Shiv Sena leader Rajesh Shah, Mihir Shah, is the accused in the Mumbai BMW hit-and-run case. On Wednesday, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) carried out a demolition campaign at the bar located on Juhu Tara Road in Mumbai.
Before the event, Mihir Shah and his companions had partied in the tavern. In a Mercedes, he and his pals were seen driving out of the pub on CCTV.
Three days following the incident, Rajesh Shah’s son, Mihir Shah, of the Shiv Sena, was taken into custody.
Following their initial arrest, Rajesh Shah and his driver Rajrishi Bidawat were released on bond.
