Something worrying has happened between North and South Korea. North Korea shot a big rocket into the sky, and this rocket is called a “ballistic missile<\/a>.” They did this while their leader, Kim Jong Un<\/a>, was visiting Russia. South Korea’s military says they don’t know what this missile is for. It flew from North Korea’s east coast, and Japan also saw it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guess what? The missile didn’t hit land; it fell into the sea. This makes things even more worrisome. In the past, when North Korea shoots missiles like this, it can make the nearby countries very nervous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s even more tricky is the timing. Kim Jong Un<\/a> was in Russia to talk with their leaders, and people were hoping they could talk about making things peaceful on the Korean Peninsula. But now, with this missile launch, it might make it harder to have those talks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
